Great bed frame
I have had this bed frame for over 3 years, and it is still amazing. I have been able to take it apart and reassemble a few times and it is over all a great bed frame. My daughter also has a twin bed frame, and it has also held up! Highly recommend.

BUY IT!
Pros: don’t let this bed install intimidate you. The frame itself is only 11 PCS and all the pcs have numbered ends (see pics) which makes it fool proof. Another cool thing is that it comes with a hex ratchet tool (how cool). Installation took me about an hour by myself and is very sturdy.Cons: I gave this 4 stars because there’s no headboard mounts. I had to drill holes to attach my headboard.

Just buy it
I was very hesitant to buy this since I read quite a few reviews about the beams bowing just from an average size person laying on the bed but I got it anyway. Here’s my thoughts so far and maybe I’ll answer some questions that I know I had that I couldn’t find answers to.Firstly, I got the 14 in frame and it took me 30 minutes max to set up. It would have taken me about 15 if I hadn’t had a toddler helping. The frame is sturdy, I had no issues with any of the pieces and everything (plus some) were there. The slats are about 1-1.5 inch apart and they don’t bow while we lay on it. Our toddler loves to crawl into bed with us as well and even with the 3 of us, still no bowing.Secondly, a thinner mattress won’t fall through the slats. We have an 8 inch memory foam mattress and I was concerned that we would need to buy some 2x4s to not only make it sturdier but to prevent the mattress from falling between the slats. They’re close enough that not even a tiny cm falls between the boards. Our mattress also doesn’t slide around on the frame but just in case there are anti-slip strips that come with it and there are 2 boards that have plastic that comes off and makes them sticky so your mattress won’t move.Third, this bed is absolutely amazing for storage. All you have to do is throw on a bed skirt over the frame and you can’t see anything underneath it. You can stick an average size Rubbermaid tote under it and not have to take the mattress off or lift the frame at all to get it out.If you’re looking for a basic, good quality bed frame at a decent price this is it.

Honestly not too shabby
We ordered the full size frame for our seven year old. It was very easy to assemble. I put anti scuff sticky pads on the bottom key points, to keep it from potentially scratching the floor, per other reviews, but honestly I don’t think I really needed to. I lay with my daughter every night to read to her and rub her back before she drifts off, and it is very sturdy. I have zero complaints. We got the highest frame of 18 inches, and it gives us room for eight large bins at 15 inches high each.I think that this is a great bed for normal sized people who are sleeping. If you want a bed for large adults whore doing monkey things, maybe get a wood frame. My husband is a big man, and we wanted storage under our bed, so we just went online and printed plans to make an ikea style, cube type platform. It was very easy to build, cost about the same as a one of these king frames, but it’s solid wood, so our monkey business has no effect on it lol, and we have the storage we wanted too. Sometimes you just have to think critically about these things lol. Not all bed frames are going to work for everyone. Common sense folks! Use it.Bottom line, yes I would highly recommend this frame, but don’t be a dummy with your expectations.

Easy to Assemble
Bed frame was very quick and easy to assemble. It came quickly with all of the parts in good condition and they included a wrachet wrench which was a nice surprise. I’m glad the measurements were accurate since I only had about an inch to spare between the frame and the door. 10 inch frame and a 6 inch mattress is a good height for my toddler to get in and out of independently.

Good space but bad creaking
I love the space this gives and the look of it. That’s what I really needed was the storage space because my house has non of it. The metal is so much lighter and cheaper than my old steel frame though. Building is pretty easy and any average person can put it together.The bad:The boards that come with it to go across seem extremely cheap, dry, old, and flimsy. I can definitely see them breaking at some point. It has long rows of sticky tape that is supposed to stick to your mattress and keep it from moving. I chose not to use that and stick my memory foam mattress cover to my bed frame. Because of this the mattress does move. It also comes with little rubber pieces that is supposed to help that. They popped off instantly. The real thing that I highly dislike and for this reason I could not recommend this bed frame, is the creaking. It started within a week. I’m not talking creaking when there’s a lot of movement on the bed. If you move or breathe, turn over, sit in bed, get out of bed, the CAT moves, it creaks… and loud. If I could return this I would just because the creaking is horrible, especially when you and your partner work different shifts and don’t go to bed or get up at the same time.I really wanted to love this frame and I was excited for it, but I just don’t appreciate getting woken up with creaking from every tiny movement.

Pretty sturdy, even with parts sourced from a hardware store.
I purchased this bed frame from the warehouse supposedly in good condition. Personally, given what they actually sent me and the condition of the packaging on arrival, I’d have labelled this as fair condition, not good. I was able to replace missing parts with items from the hardware store, and given that they weren’t the parts originally manufactured for this bed, I’m amazed at how sturdy the end result is. Amazed and impressed. No wonder this bed won a design award. The one I chose is the low profile bed, which when combined with a ten inch mattress is just high enough for short ladies such as those who live in my household to sit down and stand up from comfortably. This would be a good choice for anyone who has concerns about falling out of bed, or who just doesn’t like having to climb up to get into bed. The height could be easily adjusted even further simply by adding a box spring, though the bed design is a platform with comfortable wooden slats and most mattresses therefore won’t need a box spring. This height is not so great if you need storage space under the bed, however. It’s only high enough to maybe throw some vacuum bags or shirt boxes under there, or line up your shoes.

Very reliable and affordable
I have been using this bedframe for 5 years and it has lasted with me through multiple moves. I just ordered the same one as a replacement because I lost the screws for this one and I am so excited! After 3 moves and years of being slept on the bedframe did become a bit creaky. But it stays quiet for a long time for the price and material! This bed is such a great value. Pair with a Linenspa brand mattress and you’ve got a super affordable bed.

SUPERB
A-MAZING.- Slotted together WAY faster than I thought. I’d set aside an entire DAY for something that took maybe half an hour. We spent longer re-arranging the room!!- The pieces were labelled with the step number, but they were NOT labelled with their part number, even though the instructions gave them one. This was easily solved by sitting down with some masking tape and a pen and labelling them myself. It felt a little bit like the instructions had been altered without altering the packaging for the parts yet, so maybe that will improve and I just had a transitional version of the item. LIke I said, sit down with some masking tape and a pen and label the parts your self, and it will be just fine. The little inventory diagrams even have red check marks that tell you where holes are on the part, which makes IDing them SO much easier during the inventorying stage of assembly!- This thing is VERY LIGHT and easy to move. My husband and I have moderately impaired mobility and we were able to lift and move this very easily. KEEP YOUR TOES CLEAR it’s so easy to forget this is a BOX not something with legs. I set it down on my bare toe for a second and OUCH. Those corners are definitely 90 degrees!- It comes with extra parts that are LABELLED ‘extra parts’! Amazing!- The bed slats are in two parts, making them easy to manipulate (and carry up the stairs), AND they VELCRO onto the bedframe! They also have nonskid stickers and additional nonskid parts to help the mattress not slid off! This thing is SO well designed!!!- THE RATCHET. You know how most put-together furniture comes with a dinky lil L-shaped allen wrench? That’s not good enough for Zinus, no sir. They give you a dang RATCHET allen wrench. It’s so FANCY. I love it. I kept mine, it’s a 3/16″ and it’s AWESOME. I hope I need to use it for my IKEA furniture because RATCHET. Saved my hands a lot of pain.- THEY DON’T USE STYROFOAM. NO SQUEAKY NAILS-ON-CHALKBOARD NOISE AND NO MESS. My husband and I H A T E the sound and feel of styrofoam, and apparently someone in Zinus’ shipping dept does too because they use the really nice stuff. I mean it we just… saved it, for crafting. It’s really great stuff, very dense, very sturdy, very quiet.- They give you three (3) little notecards??? One is a thank you card and two say ‘hello’ on them. They come with an envelope that has a tiny Zinus logo and are in a little paper sleeve that has a thank you message from the company, that urges you to ‘recycle’ the cards (they have nothing in them so I hesitate to say they’re recycled because to me they just seemed brand new??). It was super cute and the two ‘hello’ cards are a perfect gift for me since I just moved and have been needing a couple little cards to send as change of address cards.I super love this company! We started off buying their mattresses but now I am very excited. I’m not a brand loyal kind of person but I am definitely building my trust with this brand and will look first at their offerings when I’m in the market for this type of thing in future because I know the quality on offer. I wish they made loft beds!!

Noise from a slat and the middle section
The media could not be loaded.
I wanted an 18 inch high metal bed frame with wood slats. This seemed to be the best option. I had a Zinus bed before, it was great. This model had some problems, so I returned it.Middle section does not touch the floor, it would be nicer if they designed it as another leg. Every time I sit on the middle section it hits the floor. See the video.One of the slats was curved and not touching the middle section. It hit the metal frame whenever I moved on the bed.The bed is light, nice. But it slides too much on my wood floor. Cheap anti slip pads on the legs would solve it. But because of the above mentioned reasons, I returned it.

4 years later and it’s still good
I purposely waited to make this review but this is the sturdiest bedframe I’ve ever had. It has been with me 4 years and through 3 moves, all three involving disassembly and re-assembly. All three times it took me maybe 30 minutes to put back together by myself.It is sturdy! Not that I’ve been frequently active but It has survived intense ~activities~ and this thing feels as solid as it did on day 1. It’s also lightweight enough to be moved around if need be. It’s tall enough to feel like an average bedframe and short enough to be covered by a comforter. It also is the exact length/width of the mattress so when I sit on the edge of the bed, I don’t feel any metal on my legs and I’m not stubbing my toes as I walk by. (For context, I have a full mattress)The wood slats have Velcro under them that securely fix to the metal frame itself so they don’t slide around. There is also sticky tape you can put on top of the slats to help your mattress not slide around but that only lasted until I had the take the mattress off for the first time. But, personally that wasn’t very necessary.I also love this because I can use it in the traditional bed orientation (smaller edge along the wall) and purchased a headboard separately and I’ve used it in a daybed orientation (long edge against the wall) with a longer headboard/multiple pillows. I appreciate the versatility.My only complaints:-if you have hardwood floors, it’s worth it to get those stick on floor pads-storage is not as great as it could be. I thought about getting one of those rolling under bed storage things and quickly realized they are too tall to fit and the bottom lip of the frame would prevent rolling anything under/out. So I only store things under the bed I know I will not need often at all.Overall it is very very worth it.

Affordable and Easy to Assemble Bed Frame/Platform
I received this product in fairly good condition. The packaging was fine, nothing was bent or missing, and the included hardware and tools to put the bed frame together are sufficient to get the job done.Opening the packaging, everything is plastic wrapped and pretty well protected so that you don’t accidentally scratch any of the pieces.There are included instructions which are pretty easy to follow, essentially just match up the numbers on one part to the numbers on another part and screw the two pieces together. This entire process took me maybe 20 – 30 minutes to do by myself and I was taking my time with it. If two people were to put this together, it would probably only take about 15 minutes.Once put together, I was surprised by just how sturdy the frame seemed to be. It is well made and the welds on the pieces seem to be fine. As others have mentioned, the center supports seem to be the only area where some additional reinforcement could be needed, but so long as you set the bed in the spot you intend to keep it and don’t drag it around on the floor too much, the center supports are sufficient in my opinion. The bed frame or platform, whatever you want to call it, is also the perfect size for the queen mattress I bought for it. I had seen reviews on other bed frames where some mattresses were too big or too small so the fact this was a non-issue was nice. Another big plus for me is that there is no rattling or squeaking. The bed frame looks great while providing a nice base for my mattress to be supported on.I suppose the only con to this bed frame is the lack of storage volume underneath the frame itself in case someone were to want to store things underneath it. You can definitely fit things that aren’t too tall underneath but if you’re someone that likes to have a lot of under bed storage, then this bed frame probably isn’t the one for you. I wouldn’t really call this a con however seeing as it is listed as being only a 6 inch tall platform, so there you go.All in all, 10/10 from me. It met all my expectations and ended up being a much better product than I anticipated and I would highly recommend it to people that want a low profile, budget friendly bed frame option that looks good and is functional.

Extremely well made frame!
I am so very impressed with the Zinus Platforma frame! It is very easy to put together. Just make sure you TAKE THE TIME TO LAY ALL THE PIECES AND SCREWS OUT CORRECTLY BEFORE YOU START. (If not, you will probably screw up.) The picture directions are self explanatory as you simply follow the numbers. The only thing that is not explained (and I’m not quite sure how it could be explained in a picture) is as the frame begins to take form and you are working at securing the top side rails to the end rail, be sure at the same time to also align the opposite end so it will slip over the top end bracket. Otherwise, when you get to it, there won’t be any play left to slip it together because the opposite end is already stable. (Sorry if this sounds confusing.) I had to go back and loosen some of the screws in order to have enough play to do this.Another thing that impressed me is the way the slats are constructed and fit. They are thick and sturdy, and are connected together with one continuous strip of velcro correctly separating and spacing each slat. There is a ledge on the top side rails that is velcroed on which you simply lay the slats down and extend the velcro, and everything is correctly spaced. If anything looks out of wack, just go back and check to make sure each velco has been fully extended.The slats give a nice firm comfortable foundation for my mattress, even better than the box spring that came with the mattress. Originally I had purchsed the 6″, but I felt like I was back in college sleeping with a mattress on the floor. The Zinus people were great to work with, and I exchanged it for the 10″.The 10″ without a box spring gives just about a normal mattress height…not too high or too low…, leaves enough room to store other things under if wanted, gives my 16 lb Havanese room to hide under the bed, and the bed’s not so high that I worry about them hurting themselves jumping off if they decide not to use the ramp I made for them.Not only is the Zinus solidly built, it is also very good looking. At the moment, I am still using my old headboard, that I just leaned against the wall after attaching 2 felt squares to protect the wall. Seems to be staying put well. There is no way to screw it to the frame, although I am sure you could improvise somehow if wanted.Some month previously, I had purchased a less expensive 14″ metal frame from Walmart. Rather than having one slat across, they had 2, which ended up pushing the mattress right up against my spine, making my entire body hurt. Also, the slats kept falling off the frame, and in the end the legs of the frame bent because they were not made strongly enough. It was a disaster! Needless to say, I returned it.Zinus told me that their beds are designed in the US, and made in China. If their frames are any indication of the quality of their mattresses, I will buy their mattress next time I need one.

Durable and offers perfect height
When I bought a new mattress, I couldn’t wait to get a new frame as my old one had some sharp edges. I was very delighted to put this frame up for my mattress, as it was super easy to put together; plus, it is made very well with no sharp edges whatsoever, and is also the perfect height for storage underneath.It is very sturdy and has been holding up great! Slight Inconvenience
This is my fourth bed frame purchase from this company (Zinus), which is to say they’ve earned my trust. However, this purchase did not arrive in the greatest condition. The delivery itself was good, but the product was damaged (in warehouse). I had to use a hammer on two parts of the frame so the bars/screws could be inserted. It appears that this unit itself was damaged out, inspected and marked good. Thankfully, I didn’t make matters worse by hammering things back in place.Additionally, I miss the older version without the rounded edges. I preferred that look, personally. I also wish that the parts were compatible. I was missing one part of a king bed frame, hence this purchase, and had the bars been interchangeable, I could’ve used what I had.I’ll always recommend Zinus unless the quality completely downgrades. This look (outside of the rounded edges) is my style, simple, functional, affordable. I’m able to tuck bins underneath my bed for hidden storage. What’s not to love? The damaged inventory is out of Zinus’ control imo.

Cheap, easy, gets the job done
The assembly was quick and easy. It is comfortable and serves my needs for a guest bed, eventually, at least until I get my bed moved. My only gripe is it’s a little low to the ground, however, in all fairness the dimensions were clearly marked, but I neglected to measure the height with the bed. I’m fairly tall so it sits a little low. The pluses are cheap, functional, comfortable, and the dog can get on the bed without stairs.

In LOVE with this bed frame!!
I am in love with this bed frame, the box it came in, the packing, and everything!!!I just moved into a small apartment and I was hoping to find an inexpensive bed frame with a little bit of storage space (for the few suitcases and large art supplies and canvases I have). I also really wanted to find something minimalistic and cute to go with my vibe! Because there are cheap bed frames out there that are VERY bulky and unattractive. This bed frame had all of the things!!!!I originally ordered the same product but with a discount advertised on amazon as “returned, package damaged, but in good condition and unused.” The package was a little beat up, but most of the parts and screws were missing. So thankfully I was able to return and reorder the same bed and pay a little extra (the regular $114 price)! All of that to say I was not expecting much when I received the second order… I was just hoping I would have all of the parts and screws to assemble it!But I was beyond surprised!! It did have detailed, easy to follow instructions (with step-by-step pictures!) and came with all of the supplies (metal beams/pieces wooden support planks, screws, an allen wrench, and a ratchet) to build the bed. But it also came with spare screws, a 5 year warranty, a notice on return policy, and cute thank you cards to spread kindness to friends :)I purchased the twin 10 inches. I am 5′ 3″ and about 110 lbs. I feel so supported sitting and lying on this bed (more so than sleeping on a mattress on the floor)! With my bed frame, mattress, and bedding, the top of my bed is about 19.5-20″ off the ground, which is comfortable for me. The twin frame does not come with additional vertical supports in the middle or underside of the bed, but I get the feeling 2-3 more people could sit on the bed with me and be perfectly supported and comfortable. The package also came with stick-on rubber stoppers and 2 wooden support planks had peel off adhesive to help keep the mattress in place, if you want to use them! I only used the rubber stoppers, but I loved that it was an optional feature.Everything is perfect for my vibe and space and I am so thankful to have ordered this frame from Zinus!!

Destroyed box/Partially bent frame
While the bed frame was fairly straightforward and easy to assemble, the box that it arrived in looked completely destroyed. I purchased this brand new, yet it looked like the box had either been opened or destroyed while being processed as evident by the Amazon branded tape covering large patches of the box. Subsequently either through production or shipment of the frame, part of the frame is bent and will not lay completely flat on the ground. This bend is causing my entire bed to shift from side to side.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE FRAME BEWARE
Bed frame is nice, sturdy and moderately easy to assemble (my 14 year old son did it himself- in under 3 hours). However, his confidence made me turn a blind eye & I allowed him to assemble it by himself. After moving this frame into his bedroom and putting his FULL SIZE MATTRESS ON IT (AS WE ORDERED A FULL SIZE FRAME) I soon heard him call out, “Did I do this wrong?” I went in to inspect; ready with my “you did great! It probably just needs….” Well it was obviously the wrong size. (See pictures).NOW, we had tossed the box outside (onto the deck where the snow quickly shredded its integrity) prior to the assembly. What we knew was that all pieces in the instructions were accounted for. And we live in a tiny space so we recycle quickly and effectively.Upon calling the manufacturer #, their first and most important question was whether we bought it from them or another partner. I said “Amazon” to which the call concluded with “then you will need to contact them directly for any issues” (oh and the company recommends you use the chat feature but it’s unavailable through Amazon).So I called Amazon customer support. They gave me the return options. A. We no longer have a box. B. I am not disassembling this- it’s barely fitting into my son’s room. They can take the assembled frame and come and pick it up- I will get it outside somehow. C. This is not my mistake, and my son still needs a bedframe (we had given his old one away the day this one arrived). So by the time we return, reorder, etc we still have to hope we receive the correct size.My solution: Ask Amazon to ask the manufacturer/seller to send a new bedframe at a $10 discount and I will give this huge one away. So my son has the right size bedframe, someone getsa free one and the company has no hassle. Their answer: NO. RETURN IT OR DEAL WITH IT. Not even for a $10 discount was it negotiable. So here’s my rightful review. Doubt that Amazon will post this. But if they don’t, that says a lot. Always take screenshots and pictures folks!

Love this bed frame, 100% would recommend
Overall, I really love this bed frame. I was able to assemble it on my own about 98% of the way, I did need some help just keeping the big pieces together so they wouldn’t fall apart before screwing them together. But it is study and exactly what I was wanting. I do not regret my purchase whatsoever and I love it very much.

Does what I needed it to do
I bought this frame to replace the way too high bed support in our class A motor home. The bed frame in the bus was extra high to allow for storage underneath, but with a thick mattress on top, at 5 ft tall I literally needed a step stool or a running start. I like low beds – I like the look of low beds. So we disassembled the old frame, built this one, and voila – looks like a whole new room. Yes we lost some storage, but you can put under bed boxes under this this frame, so we can still store most of the stuff we were storing before. There was one corner that was tough to get the connection to work, but doing the rest of the bed first solved that issue. My only complaint is the the corners are really pointy and sharp, and your mattress may not cover the entire frame and it’s easy to catch yourself on it in a small space. We solved that with pool noodle foam, which isn’t pretty but does the trick.

Great for Storage, but not very sturdy
It’s really good for storage if you get the 18in, but not a great bed frame for the long run. I’ve had the bed frame for two years, and just after 6 months of regular use the bolts have loosened and the bedframe shakes. It’s progressively gotten worse since I’ve had it and needs to be tightened monthly. The middle vertical beams aren’t connected to any thing else under the bedframe, which makes them prone to buckling. The bedframe isn’t stable and wiggles with the lightest amount of pressure with nothing on it. The welding has also began to tear on the frame, so I’m just waiting for the day I fall on top of all of my storage that lies underneath the bed. While I wish to replace the bed frame, I need the storage at the moment and there’s no way I’m spending that much money on another one when I know how it degenerates over time.

IM FAT
I am fat I have been in the last three years between the pounds of 400 and 500 and this bed has stood up the whole time!!!!Yes, it does creek from here and there but you know I’m a big girl! I’m also like 6 feet tall so yeah!Like I fit on this bed I’m not worried about this bed caving in in the beginning I was and every time I get nervous that I feel like the bed is creaking I look and I see that one of the panels has been misaligned. I put it back in. The strength is back. This bed is amazing.I also at this weight and height issues with my knees and someone with ADHD. I have hoarding issues as well and literally these friggin gallon totes you get from Walmart and stuff fit under the bed perfectly. It’s amazing I slide right out of the bed. I have issues visiting people who have low beds now.I literally have rather slept on the floor, then slept in creaky beds at my friends houses. Like I went to a hotel once and I was pissed off that the hotel bed wasn’t as strong as this one.On top of that, although I’ve been between 400 and 500 pounds the last 23 years I also am 125 pounds of muscle. Which is heavier than fat. So this truly does stand up to some strong stuff.I would recommend anybody get this bed. I have a nice serta mattress on top. And honestly holds up.I love the height of this for someone who is 6 feet tall, and I love the length of it for that same reason. It’s easy to move and I’ve moved this bed twice now it’s so light but it’s so strong. I recommend this and honestly if I were to buy king, I would buy two of these instead of buying a California king frame because that’s how much I believe in this Frame. DO IT.

Great frame but difficult to receive.
This frame assembled easily and I really like it. The only real difficulty was Amazon shipped this package USPS and because some of the rails are almost full length, the box is incredibly long, nearly as tall as me. They can’t fit it in their trucks at all and they communicated this very poorly. I had to show up to pick it up to find out how long it is. I was in a sedan so I had no possible way to fit it in the vehicle except breaking the box down completely with a knife and fitting the pieces inside, which was extremely annoying in 100+ degree weather.That part aside, it comes with little adhesive pads to try and stick the mattress to the top of the frame since it doesn’t have an “edge” to hold the mattress in place but I didn’t want to use those and I haven’t had any issues with my mattress shifting at all.

This has hands like Ikea!
So, i can see why this has mixed reviews. When putting it together, that was a 6 hours process cause the bolts wouldnt align right with the bars, but after you twist, turn, lift, and all that jazz you can get them in perfectly. Seems pretty durable so far. Im very … uh.. rough in bed and can say its holding up well. Deff can fit SO MUCH underneath it.

Good starter bed
We got this for my almost 5 year old autistic son. He doesn’t do well with change. We needed to get him sleeping without guard rails and let me tell ya! We got this bedframe (which is super low to the ground) and he definitely loves it! He loves how low it is & it’s super sturdy! Highly recommend!

missing parts
I love this bedframe. The only problem is When it arrived. I only had the bedframe I had no screws at all but I made it work and I had to go to Home Depot and buy screws. Unfortunately other than that worked out great how low the bed is.

Easiest Assembly Ever! 1 Serious Modification Needed.
Read Update Below. I love our new Zinus bed frame. It was so easy to assemble, every part and connecting point was labeled so all you have to do is make sure the number on each piece matches the number where they are connected. All of the bolts and washers were clearly packed and labeled as well. You just can’t go wrong with assembly.I put the king size bed together in about 30 minutes all by myself. And my hand wasn’t killing my hand from using the Allen wrench because Zinus kindly supplied a racheting wrench to aid in assembly, that alone would earn them a bonus 6th star in the rating.We have a king size Tempurpedic mattress that we have always used only on a solid platform and I was concerned that the wood slats wouldn’t have the strength to support this type mattress but it is very solid after all. The slats are connected to each other and evenly spaced with wide strips of Velcro that attaches to the side rails that have a strip of Velcro already installed on them. So I didn’t need to worry about the slats shifting either.Linus thought out every detail with this product, we are SO pleased with this bed frame and it is an exact fit for our mattress too.I almost forgot to mention the under storage…WOW! I can fit tubs or storage bins up to 15″ tall. I feel like I’ve got a whole new closet worth of storage space under my bed now.UPDATE:. Within a short time we discovered that the 2 center support posts has shifted and we’re pointing off to one side, leaving no center support and allowing the bed to sag. We remedied this by installing a 2×4 sideways between the frame with a hole drilled in the center that the center post would be put through. Doing this to each center post kept the center post securely in the correct position and stopped any future movement and risk of the center of the bed caving in. The manufacturer could include two bracing bars that would attach to the bottom frame and each center post could attach to it, thereby resolving this failure and making future customers happy for a long time. It’s an easy fix, but should be done by the company, not the consumer. Gotta knock off 2 stars for this.

Hate the Velcro wooden slats
Okay biggest downside to this are the Velcro thingies. They’re constantly moving and making so much noise. So we zip tied them to the frame and it fixed the problem. The part that adheres it to the mattress is garbage too, bc it rips the bottom of the mattress if u have to take it off, which is dangerous bc a lot of mattresses have Fiberglass in them. So just don’t adhere it.Other than that, can take a beating. 🤷🏼♀️ worth it if ur trying the keep ur dogs out from under the bed lol.

I Recommend!
Very stable. Has Velcro straps on boards and metal bars, also comes with anti slip sticky tape on 2 boards to keep the bed from moving. Me and my mother both rolled around on the bed lol. Nice support! I’m not gonna lie it did take me like 30-45 mins to put this together, but it was because it’s 9 pm and I’m tired. The equipment that comes with the frame is very helpful, especially the screw driver(Also comes with spare parts). You don’t have to twist the screw driver, just pull up and down. I 100% recommend.

Great deal for the price!
I looked for something that was not super tall forever. I like my bed off the ground just a little bit and this is just right for that it’s really sturdy and was such a great deal. The bed does sometimes slide around on a little bit. That’s my only complaint.

Used was the way to go!
I needed a bed frame last minute but the cost of a brand new one was a bit more than I was looking to spend. I ended up going with the used option which was about 50$ or so cheaper, maybe a little more and it came a day and half later. The instructions were easy to read, everything was labeled and organized, and it came with all of the assembly tools. I would have given this a full 5 stars, however the rubber support for the mid support frame was peeled off, but it’s used so I wasn’t expecting it to be brand new. Beyond that though, it’s sturdy and just what we needed. So I’d give it a 4.5! 😉

Review after 3Months-No complaints
King size, 10″-purchased “low bed” for my epilepsy-nocturnal seizures-only bed frame I found ANYWHERE for perfect height-you’re able to store A LOT under bed height. No issues last 3monts. My bullmastiff jumps on it + off w/no issues. Follow instructions exactly. Some bolts are shade longer than the others + you’ll have to correct them(I did)-before lay wooden planks stretch black Velcro in between or will not meet in center w/2nd one. I assembled myself, would’ve been easier w/another person.
